Some people want to be mobile.  That’s ok.  Ultimately if you have to use casual or agency staff to fill gaps you need to get the most out of them.  How your staff greet and take care of these staff is important.

You get an opportunity to try before you buy ………. And so do they.  Many people do a bit of agency or casual to check you out as an organization so it pays to have a good system for managing them.

Make sure you have a quick start orientation for casual/agency or redeployed staff.

Ensure that in charge staff are clear about what they should do to support these staff.
